Explainer: How It Works
Seventy seconds to explain a lending product to first-time users.
The first script had fourteen steps. Nobody remembers fourteen steps.
I rewrote it around three moments a shop owner already knows: stock runs low, cash is tight, the supplier is waiting. The product shows up as the answer to each one.
